Our Artisan, Handmade Sourdough Breads are top quality and contain NO yeast or other nasties. As there are no preservatives we suggest you remove from packaging then wrap the loaf in a clean cotton or linen t-towel and leave on bench or slice and freeze. Placing bread in the fridge tends to dry the loaf out.
